Gun Buyers ClubDue to COVID-19 restrictions, the classroom portion of the Basic Hunter Education Course will only be available online and at no cost to participants. After completing the online course, participants will attend a free, in-person field day for an abbreviated two hours where COVID-19 safety requirements will be implemented. The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control administers the hunter education program through the Division of Fish and Wildlife Hunter Education Program.

Gun Buyers ClubPROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) announces that permits for the deer hunting season, including the “All Outdoors” package, will go on sale starting Saturday, August 1, online here or at local sales agents.


Deer permits are sold as antlered deer (buck) permits or antlerless deer permits. Hunters must have the appropriate deer permit in their possession to legally harvest any antlered or antlerless deer. Deer permits are available for individual purchase

Gun Buyers ClubWith Alabama’s 2020 alligator season only a couple of weeks away, the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries (WFF) Division wants to remind those lucky tag holders about the no-cull rule in effect.


With the exception of the Lake Eufaula Zone, tag holders are not allowed to release an alligator after it has been captured. The exception for the Lake Eufaula Zone is because it is the only zone that has a minimum size length, which is 8

Gun Buyers ClubLITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will accept applications for its private land dove hunting program Aug. 1-15 for five private fields throughout the state. The following locations and dates are available for the 2020 hunt drawing:

Greene County (60 acres of sunflowers) — Sept. 5-6, Sept. 12-13, Sept. 19-20 (20 permits available per weekend)

Lonoke County (30 acres of sunflowers) — Sept. 5-6, Sept. 12-13, Sept. 19-20 (20 permits available per weekend)
