Hawaii: Trigger Modification Ban Headed to Governor’s Desk

On April 25th, the Hawaii state Senate voted to pass Senate Bill 2046, as previously amended by the House, to ban certain trigger modifications.  SB 2046 has been transmitted to Governor David Ige’s desk for his approval.  Please contact Gov.
