RMGO Sues Town of Superior Over New Gun Control Laws - National Association for Gun Rights

The Colorado-based Rocky Mountain Gun Owners is suing the town of Superior over new gun control laws that ban semi-automatic rifles, arguing last month’s U.S. Supreme Court decision gave gun rights groups munition to dismantle “unconstitutional” gun restrictions.
“Superior’s anti-gun ordinance flies directly in the face of our right to keep and bear arms,” said Taylor Rhodes, executive director of Rocky Mountain Gun Owners. “We’re not going to stand idly by and let this town – or any other rogue government – trample on our right to self-defense.”
