Six American shooters were in action Friday during the final day of competition at the 2019 World Shooting Para Sport Championships in Sydney, Australia.

In the qualification round of the R6 mixed 50-meter prone SH1, Kevin Nguyen (Columbus, Ga.) posted the highest score for the U.S. with a 607.7, good for 29th place. Taylor Farmer (Castalia, Ohio) finished 35th with a 605.0 total.

McKenna Dahl (Arlington, Wash.) battled the blustery conditions in Sydney, Australia, on Thursday to qualify for her second consecutive final in the R9 mixed 50-meter prone SH2 event during the sixth day of competition at the 2019 World Shooting Para Sport Championships. Dahl had previously won the qualification in this event at the World Cup in Croatia.
